MiracleFest, Inc is pleased to announce our fifth annual community fundraiser.  This year we will be donating all proceeds to the Corning Community Food Pantry.  Over the past four years, with the help of generous donations from our local merchants, and with the generosity of people attending the event, we have been able to raise over $45,000.00 for the community.


This year’s event will be a golf tournament and is being held at the Corning Country Club on Saturday August 11, 2012. 

Sponsorship levels for the golf tournament are as follows:

 Premier Sponsor - $3500.00 donation includes 2 foursomes large sign display on the golf course

 Gold Sponsor - $1500.00 donation includes 1 foursome and large sign display on the golf course

 Silver Sponsor - $650.00 includes sign display on the golf course

 Hole Sponsor - $125.00 includes sign display on one hole

Along with the golf tournament sponsorship, we are looking for donations of monetary contributions, silent auction items, raffle prizes and door prizes.  All proceeds will go directly to the Corning Community Food Pantry.

About the Corning Community Food Pantry

Throughout the year the Corning Community Food Pantry partners with other area agencies to offer several essential services to clients at one central location. These fundamental services include food, clothing, shelter assistance, mentoring, lending book library, food stamp assistance, prescription assistance, nutrition assistance, baby food, baby furniture, financial assistance, referrals to and co-ordination of services with other agencies.

There is NO paid staff at the food pantry. It is an all volunteer organization. Duties of the volunteers are an integral part of the daily operation of the pantry. These duties are diverse, essential and numerous. Over 90% of all donated monies go directly to the purchase of food items for the clients of the Corning Community Food Pantry.

The vast majority of clients who come to the food pantry operate well below poverty guideline standards. Clients are given 3 to 5 days worth of healthy nutritious food. In 2011 they served over 22,000 individuals and distributed 180,598 pounds of food.
